The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the Department’s portfolio by maintaining our high standards of teaching and running modules across both years of the MA Social Work programme, these can include modules on professional practice, the law, theory for practice and specialised modules in children or adult social work.

You will have a PhD in relevant discipline, have a proven teaching ability with a growing record of quality research publications. Experience of teaching in the subject area, ideally at both undergraduate and postgraduate level is essential. You will be expected to represent the Department in the wider University and promote and represent the University and the discipline nationally and internationally.
